ecell+ waterproof pen storage is an information device and is not recommended as a life support. Should failure/ malfunction of the product arise ecell+ UK ltd does not take any responsibility. As with all electronic products ecell+ UK ltd are not liable for any damage caused to other equipment through use or misuse of their products.
 
ecell+ will warrant that the USB is waterproof to IP 68 standards and also has a dust proof rating included in this specification, this rating covers to depth of 1Bar (10.00mtrs/ 33ft+) and equivalent  to  EN60529 1991 incl. A1+A2  with this it is free from any defects in materials and workmanship to this ecell+ UK extends a 3 year warrant from the date of purchase. This warrant does not apply to any damage resulting from accidental or malicious improper use or service or repair by any other agents other than ecell UK Ltd.      
 
ecell+ UK Ltd is not a life support system and only acts as a information tool that is complied by each individuals and not by ecell+ LTd the information that is held on the Flash Drive is the responsibility of each person.

ecell+ ltd is not responsible and will have no liability for information placed on hardware, software or any other storage facility by any person using an ecell+ product.

ecell+ ltd is not responsible for any information that is on any of there products this information is the responsibility of the person who has purchased and has input the requested information. The product is only intended as an information device and is not meant or warranted as a commercial product.

ecell+ ltd gives a warranty for there product of 3 years from purchase date as long as the instructions for use are followed.
 
To this any claim should be made in writing with the product and receipt of purchase for assessment by our team to validate if a product of ecell+ ltd in there professional opinion has been mistreated.
